**Description**:
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will supervise a prestigious cladding / refurbishment project in western Sydney: manage, drive, and control the project delivery, execute the construction strategy, and mitigate risks. You will lead and motivate on-site stakeholders, including partnering with subcontractors to achieve a flawless execution of the project within the contractual conditions, time frames, scope and budget.

**What you will be doing**:
Liaise and negotiate with all parties involved in the project from site managers to contractors, ensuring efficiency, cost, and quality
Manage the on-site subcontractor teams such as installers, scaffolders, electricians, plumbers etc
Input and update cost control systems, budgets, forecast costs
Evaluate and implement processes and quality improvements
Ensure that the project is progressing through the system and remains on schedule
Attend site inspections with the client and subcontractors

**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
Technical proficiency with a minimum of 2 years experience in construction, in a site supervisory role
Capital, remedial works, refurbishment and ACP replacement experience - preferred
Experience in the Aged Care environment - advantage
Ability to complete projects within time frames and under budget
Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
A high regard for safety
Proven track record of treating suppliers and subcontractors as genuine partners
Fully vaccinated in COVID-19
