An exciting opportunity exists as Cluster Manager within our **Chadstone** boutique. You will be a passionate and driven retail manager dedicated in leading your stores to achieve and maximise sales results and motivate and inspire your sales teams to there full potential.

**Please note, this is a fixed term opportunity until July 2026.**

The role manages all boutique/concession operations across several boutiques and concessions, including the boutique/concession team to achieve financial and branding objectives by delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the achievement of sales, stock and shrinkage targets and maintaining visual merchandising and communication standards.
