**About the Role**

We are currently looking for experienced Roller Operators to join the WEM Civil team. We have a strong portfolio of works with multiple projects underway across Sydney's Northwest and Southwest and Illawarra regions.

This position requires a sound working knowledge of the operations of Rollers and experience with a pavement team on road works. Duties of the role include:

- String lining roads and checking levels
- Shovel work of kerb with Grader
- Daily maintenance of machines (oil checks, greasing etc.)

**The requirements of this position are**:

- Demonstrated experience operating Rollers within the civil construction industry or the willingness to learn
- A valid Construction White Card.
- A valid Drivers' Licence, with the ability to travel across sites.
- Ability to undertake daily required servicing of machinery.
- Working safely and complying with all site safety standards.
