**About the role at Unilever**

We are looking for **SHE Programs Manager** who will be responsible for the implementation of the Unilever ANZ SHE systems and initiatives to integrate safety into business as usual consistently across our operations.

This position will oversee development and implementation of SHE risk reduction initiatives and programs, driving performance improvement and strengthening the safety culture.

**Responsibilities**
- Program and Project Risk Management - Identify, assess, and manage risks that may impact the program or project's success
- Program Management and Execution - Create and execute a program including scope, budget, objectives, resourcing, and managing rituals such as standups or retros
- Program Strategy Development - Develop a program strategy that aligns with organizational goals
