We are an Indigenous owned Recruitment Agency located in Canberra that provides Contract workers to the Australian Federal Government.

**About the Role**:
As an APS4 Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting senior executives in the efficient and effective management of their daily activities. Your responsibilities will include:

- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Draft and prepare correspondence, briefing materials, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of senior executives, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Assist with the coordination and organisation of events, meetings, and workshops.
- Undertake research tasks and compile information as required to support decision-making processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures within the office.

**About You**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate the needs of senior executives.
- Demonstrated adaptability and the ability to quickly learn new processes and systems.
- A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
