**About us**:
We are an Indigenous owned Recruitment Agency located in Canberra that provides Contract workers to the Australian Federal Government.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality administrative support to departmental staff, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records and databases.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for staff members, ensuring compliance with government travel policies and procedures.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including procurement, inventory management, and maintenance.
- Assist with the coordination of events and meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information, in accordance with government guidelines and protocols.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Previous experience in administrative roles within the Australian Public Service or a similar government environment.
- Possession of a Government clearance (Baseline, NV1, or NV2), or the ability to obtain one.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in all aspects of work.
