Lumus imaging at Mercy Hospital in Werribee are on the look out for Clerical Supervisor to lead a newly established team of approximately 5 - 6 receptionists. This is a full-time role working Monday - Friday, plus over time shifts weekend and public holidays.

Werribee Mercy Hospital, located just 25 km west of Melbourne on the Princes Highway, is a dynamic public general hospital offering a wide range of services, including surgical, maternity, orthopaedic, and a 24-hour emergency department. Since opening in January 1994, the hospital has grown rapidly to meet the needs of Melbourne’s fast-growing western suburbs. A new emergency department is currently underway with a view to have it completed late 2026, The expansion will increase treatment spaces from 33 to 67. This includes four new resuscitation bays, 16 short stay beds and 36 emergency care cubicles to care for a rapidly growing population.

**You will be responsible for all reception duties including**:

- Training, Mentoring & Development of staff.
- Manage all aspects of the practice administration.
- Customer service and care
- Make exam bookings
- General Clerical Duties
- Patient record management
- Medicare billing and banking
