The Portfolio Management, Architecture & Commercial Services Branch, Information Technology Division, provides strategic coordination of Health Digital and ICT programs and projects to support the Department's policy and reform agendas. This includes monitoring benefits realisation and managing an assurance framework that drives quality, consistency and value for money customer focused outcomes. The Branch drives IT financial sustainability practices, workforce planning, enterprise architecture capability and leads, the strategic sourcing program, ICT procurement and managing corporate financing and commercials.
