Breakfast Supervisor

A little taste of your day-to-day:
As a Breakfast Supervisor, you’ll support the food and beverage operations across our Redsalt Restaurant, Room Service, and Conferencing to ensure quality service and standards whilst delivering a memorable guest experience. The hours for this role is flexible, but is expected to be approximately 20 hours per week, with expected shift times ranging between 5.30am - 11.30am, with some occasional lunch time shifts.

This is a hands-on role with focus on delivering a memorable guest experience, and supporting the team.
- Manage day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work, and run a shift. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help improve team member performance.
- Promote a positive and efficient culture.
- Respond to colleague / guest requests promptly in order to deliver a seamless service in conjunction with service staff
- Maintain and strive to deliver guest satisfaction results within the Food & Beverage Department

- Communication and customer service skills
- Team leader experience in a food & beverage environment
- Drive and enthusiasm - a proven ability to motivate and lead teams
- Team Player - working across all Departments to deliver Great Hotels Guest Love
- Attention to detail - creating amazing guest service moments with the team
- Flexibility - working, weekends and public holidays are all part of the job
- Most importantly a passion for food & beverage
- You must also meet the legal requirements to work in Australia
