**Your new company**
Is a statutory body providing an essential program to South Australian's. They are seeking a temporary adaptable Customer Advisor to join them on a short-term assignment for 2-3 months.

**Your new role**

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience working within a Customer Service environment
- Exceptional phone manner
- The ability to actively listen to the customer enquiry and ask detailed questions to ensure that the customer enquiry is understood, and first call resolution is provided in all opportunities.
- Evidenced experience with working in high pressure, deadline driven environments.
- The ability to work towards KPIs and manage your own workload.
- Confidence to make evidenced based decisions and to escalate enquiries accordingly.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
