**About the Position**

Newington College offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and efficient Admissions Coordinator to join our highly accomplished Admissions team on a permanent, full-time basis, with an immediate start.

Reporting to the Director of Admissions, the Admissions Coordinator will work within a team of four staff members, supporting a broad range of admissions activities across all Newington College campuses, including the Early Learning Centre, Lindfield and Wyvern Preparatory Schools, and Stanmore Secondary Campus. The Admissions Coordinator will be required to travel between campuses for admissions events and other duties as needed.

**About You**
- have experience in admissions or a similar role within an educational setting
- have a proven record of delivering excellent customer service in a personable and professional manner
- demonstrate the ability to handle pressure, work in a fast-paced environment, and manage competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining professionalism
- handle various types of information with absolute confidentiality and sensitivity
- enjoy working and collaborating with different teams and stakeholders within and beyond the Newington community
- demonstrate problem-solving skills and a flexible approach to an ever-changing environment
- possess advanced competence in databases and data analysis; experience with Synergetic and/or EnrolHQ would be advantageous.
- exhibit a positive attitude and commitment to high-quality service
- understand and adhere to the College’s Child Safeguarding policies and practices
- contribute to the continuous improvement of Child Safeguarding at Newington.
