We offer a relaxed, family friendly environment. For those wanting to unwind we offer a heated outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball & netball court, BBQ area, gym and kids’ corner. For our conferencing & events guests we have 6 modern function rooms available, accommodating up to 500 delegates. **Job Description**: Reservations Agent: You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Reservations Agent, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience to come when they arrive What you will be doing: - Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service - Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling - Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests - Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system. - Rotating roster over 7 days per week, including weekends and holidays - Permanent Part-Time role, minimum 20 hours per week Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo #BELIMITLESS"experience is an asset. **Qualifications**: Your experience and skills include: - Guest focused personality is essential Prior experience working with Opera or a related system - Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities - Attention to detail Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written - Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus - Previous experience in a similar role in a 200+ room hotel. - Minimum 6 months experience in reservations and group reservations - Opera Cloud experience preferred Additional Information Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
