**Your Opportunity**

We seek a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team in West Perth.

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an integrated marketing and communications strategy to advance the organisation’s brand, broaden awareness of its programs and support the growth of its education and training program delivery. This position is responsible for brand promotion and communications, focusing on digital and web-based media.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Develop and implement an integrated marketing and communications plan across all digital channels, including website, social media, and EDM.
- Develop engaging and compelling content whilst promoting the brand and the activities in which the organisation is involved.
- Manage the creation and distribution of integrated marketing collateral, including print materials, signages, stationaries, digital advertisements, etc.
- Identify marketing opportunities by building relationships with other community services organisations to promote services of interest to mutual clients.
- Work closely with the Business Relationships Manager in leveraging Salesforce CRM for the purpose of analysis and usage in marketing communications.
- Manage Centacare’s website and keep all content current using WordPress.
- Identify and leverage PR and photo opportunities as they arise.
- Ensure Centacare adheres to all legal requirements in media and marketing, such as photographic and/or media consent, copyright laws, media policies, etc.
- Prepare and monitor marketing budget allocation.

**About You**

You will have a proven track record in developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies tailored to various internal and external stakeholder groups across the web, social media, reports and other traditional media channels. In addition to your focus towards growing brand awareness, you will develop strong stakeholder relationships, have a personable and friendly approach and possess strong written and verbal communications skills.

**Selection Criteria**:
**Essential**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Communications or Public relations;
- Industry experience of at least two years;
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across various platforms and channels, including both print and online;
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills;
- Brand management experience;
- Possess a creative flair and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative and engaging content;
- Experience in Meta Business Suite and CRM software;
- Excellent time management and organisational skills;
- Ability to liaise successfully with different stakeholders; and
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite

**Desirable**
- Sound understanding of SEO and Google Analytics;
- Experience developing end-to-end strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns;
- Experience in managing a range of events; and
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or other design software.
