We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Livestock Planner to join our team and play a pivotal role in our continued success.

In this exciting new role, you will be at the forefront of managing the livestock supply chain, ensuring a steady and reliable supply of quality livestock to meet our production needs. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive efficiency, optimise costs and contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.

Your duties will encompass forecasting livestock supply volumes, managing slaughter volumes and carcass inventory. Maintaining seamless communication with suppliers will enable you to facilitate timely procurement and delivery.

**About you**

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with exceptional negotiation skills to join our Livestock team. We seek someone with a keen aptitude for tactical thinking and strategic planning, coupled with a talent for identifying and driving opportunities.

Applicants with farming, agriculture or meat production experience will also be considered favourably.
- Proven experience in livestock procurement, supply chain management, or related roles
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Strong organisation skills
- High level interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate confidently at all levels
- Proficient skills within all Microsoft Applications
- Previous FMCG industry experience (desirable)
