- Experience in a similar environment, preparing food at at high level.
- Ability and desire to contribute to seasonal menu updates.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary cuisine and trends in the food industry.
- Strong work ethic and a love of working in collaborative teams.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Passion for food and wine and continuous learning.
