The role and team
Join our brand new security team for our world renowned client's state of the art data centre based in Erskine Park. This role will oversee the operations and performance of our team of 10. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Security Supervisor will ensure effective supervision of the onsite security team. This role requires high level communication skills as it will see you liaising directly with external and internal stakeholders, maintaining adequate and effective coverage throughout the site and accurate completion of all reports. In this role you will:

- Supervising the performance of manned guarding personnel deployed
- Providing security awareness and systems access training to all new employees
- Assisting with rostering short falls and managing the submission of accurate timesheets
- Attending and participating in regional security management conference calls and meetings
- Monitoring and development of work Health and Safety practices
- Lead point of contact for all security matters whilst on shift

What we're looking for
- You MUST hold a current AGSVA NV1 Clearance
- You will need to have a Current NSW Class 1 Security Licence.
- Current First Aid & CPR qualifications, or willing to obtain this prior to employment
