**What You Will Be Doing**
The Grade 4 Social Worker will be responsible for fostering clinical excellence in Social Work services across the Mental Health program at Peninsula Health. They will be considered an expert in the field and will motivate and inspire others towards transformation service development and change. They will be a leader in building and contributing to knowledge in their area of specialty or designated responsibility through direct service provision, supervision and evidence-based research. In developing the discipline of social work at Peninsula Health, the Grade 4 Social Worker will play an active role in the development and coordination of the social work early in career program.

**What You Need**
We anticipate you will have:
- A tertiary qualification in Social Work.
- Achieved or working towards a post-graduate Masters qualification in relevant professional area.
- Experience at a senior clinical level (min. 7 years)/ experience in leading health care professionals.
- Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively with a diversity of stakeholders (including consumers).
- Evaluation skills and experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including using data and reporting on service outputs and outcomes.
