**About the Role**

You will support the Corporate Risk & Resilience team nationally in a fast paced and diverse business offering.

This Graduate position is a key role in creating a career pathway with the leading Australasian security business delivering innovative security solutions to our internal and external clients.

The purpose of this role is to support our Security Risk Specialist and National Manager Specialist Security Operations in delivering consistency and alignment across our key national customers as well as developing our operational points of difference, creating a client base for risk services, security risk consulting and a close partnership with the business specialist security function.

You will be mentored in a closely-knit team and will have the opportunity to gain a solid understanding of all the various aspects of security from guarding, patrols, security risk management, compliance and technology.

As you build your knowledge and confidence, you will contribute to Physical Security Reviews, Security Risk Assessments, Residential Security Risk Assessments and Operations Security Reviews. Desktop scenario training, emergency management and you will also have the opportunity to contribute from a risk perspective to specialist guarding, close protection or support to high-profile events such as AGM’s.

You will assist in ensuring accountability and compliance on the delivery of security risk services to clients and internal stakeholders as required.

This role will provide operational support to the Corporate Risk & Resilience team that supports state and territory business units in security risk advice, transitions, contract phase changes, surge and or an increase in risk profile for service or specific client.

- Detailed understanding of Australian Standards as applicable to the delivery of risk service across a range of industries
- A thorough understanding of the principles of risk management
- The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work with conflicting time constraints
- Proactive and problem solving mindset
- Intermediate level of computer literacy (especially Word and Excel)

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Security Risk Management and/or Bachelor Degree in with Security Studies, Security & Counter Terrorism or Criminology (transcripts will be required)
