**What’s the role?**
- The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure effective wealth platform administration in a customer support environment.

**What you'll be doing**:

- We are looking for an experienced Platform Administrator to join our Operations team, who can leverage their knowledge of wealth management to deliver fast, high quality support across a range of areas.
- The role will cover operations administration associated with transactional and payment processing, including contributions and deposits fee transaction, in-specie transfers and deceased estates.
- You will also deal with superannuation and IDPS account maintenance and servicing, and adviser changes and fee updates.
- You’ll have daily interaction with internal and external clients which will include dealer groups, financial advisors and retail clients.
- A large part of this role is focused on AML compliance against financial regulations. As such, you’ll be supplying documents and reports to the internal compliance and risk team as well as requests coming through from clients.

**What you’ll need**:

- You’ll need to have min 2+ years of operations administration experience in a similar financial services environment.
- Previous InSpecie transfers experience highly desired
- Knowledge of Australia securities and cash options would be highly regarded as well as an understanding of AML and the risks inherent in settlement activities.
- But most importantly, is your passion for high achievement and continuous improvement, the willingness to learn and to join an energised customer-focused team.
