Marketing Manager, Everyday Banking Solutions

We have a permanent opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join the Everyday Banking Marketing Team. Working closely with various stakeholders, you will design and execute marketing campaigns across acquisition, in life and retention using a mixture of below and above the line channels.

**On any given day, you will**:
Work across a range of everyday banking solutions designed to make customers lives simpler & easier such as payment innovations (like digital wallets), travel products (like Travel Money Card) and CommBank app money management tools. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Digital and Analytics to:

- design customer centred marketing strategies driven by data and insights to acquire new customers or engage and retain existing customers
- ensure marketing strategies are delivered on time, within budget and in line with CommBank’s Brand Guidelines and Tone of Voice.
- measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns, demonstrating how they deliver commercial results for the business and promote customer NPS.

**We’d love to hear from people who have**:

- Demonstrated experience with end-to-end, integrated campaign delivery with accountability across strategy development and execution.
- Solid experience in a generalist marketing or a marketing communications role
- Demonstrated experience working with creative and media teams and to deliver above the line campaigns.
- The ability to work across multiple complex campaigns at the same time and deliver to tight timelines.
- Track record of building strong relationships and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Highly developed project management experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to track and demonstrate ROI.
- Creative thinker with problem-solving/growth mindset.
- Experience in financial services preferred but not essential.
