Liquor Loot is a leading supplier of liquor products, including hampers and tasting packs, to eCommerce, retail, wholesale, and export markets. With years of experience, we currently have several warehouses and a team of dedicated staff.

**Position Overview**

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work and is committed to exceeding customer expectations. This full-time position is based in one of our warehouses and involves picking and packing customer orders, preparing shipments, and dispatching orders.

Working hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, at our premises.

**Position Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the key responsibilities of this role include:

- Picking and packing orders for products
- Prioritizing orders to ensure timely dispatch
- Performing quality control checks
- Assembling, cleaning, and processing products
- Working with our inventory and sales systems
- Providing post-sale customer support to handle returns
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area

**Required Skills**:

- Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software (full training will be provided)
- Knowledge of liquor products (full training will be provided)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 10kgs

**Level of Experience**

**Salary**

The salary for this position is $25-$30 per hour plus superannuation.
