Cafe Manager

We are a locally owned business situated within multiple venues in the heart of Braddon. We are currently seeking a passionate Café Manager and a Second-in-Command (2IC) to assist the owners in overseeing our various locations.

- Expertise in delivering professional, high-quality coffee, particularly in high-volume settings
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to lead and train others to ensure consistency
- Proficiency in managing stock levels
- Capability to create staff rosters
- Reliability and organizational skills
