We are looking for a service professional, energetic casual all rounder with Barista skills essential to join our team in our Braddon Bakery Cafe located in the heart of Lonsdale Street. You are out there and lets get you in here.

Casual position across weekends, public holidays and week days with no night work.

Our business is built on humble beginnings, quality products and uncompromising standards.

The Gig
- Always give excellent customer service & exceed guest expectations
- Ensure the Sonoma standard is maintained when preparing food & coffee
- Serve customers efficiently
- Give advice, guidance & recommendations on products & menu selection to customers to ensure a positive experience & repeat business.
- Assist in preparation of display counters before, during & at the end of service.
- Ensure adequate stock levels, managing orders & stock rotation.
- Managing queues & meeting customer expectations, upsell to maximize profit.
- Keep areas tidy & clean
- Work as part of a team and provide backup to other team members
- Be an ambassador of the brand

- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays
- Hard working & enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly demeanor always even under pressure
- Great memory (remembering the names and orders of our regulars is imperative)
- Excellent standards of personal presentation smart appearance and articulate.
- Need to be willing to learn, take instruction and work under own initiative, supporting other team members and able to multitask.
- Love coffee, bread and food
- Keen eye for detail & cleanliness

**Salary**: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
