**About Us**

**The Role**
- Lead the creative direction from concept to delivery.
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop our brands, on air promos and marketing campaigns for SBS' News and language community projects.
- Present persuasive creative solutions to senior executive and internal stakeholders.
- Effectively delegate providing leadership & strategic guidance while maintaining creative quality.
- Work with a cross functional agile squad leadership team to develop efficient and collaborative creative solutions
- Work work other Creative Managers to guide, up skill and develop SBS' in house creative team.

**About you**
- Solid experience as a broadcast network Senior Creative or similar.
- Experience and a passion for News and CAF programming.
- Proficiency in languages other than English and experience in multilingual advertising and marketing is ideal but not essential.
