**The Role**:
You will lead & manage our clients talented creative team to continue producing high performing & globally recognised content that showcases

the true band’s identity & vision.

You’ll have the opportunity to make your mark in the brand, by producing &
managing creative ideas/ content into a more elevated mínimal/ premium direction. The Creative Manager will be working closely with the Head of Creative whilst managing the Creative department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead & execute the strategy for the 4 creative functions:

- Photoshoots,
- Graphics,
- Retouching,
- Campaign videos.
- Attends photoshoots to ensure Creative Direction & Brief is followed,
- Project management (Creative campaigns; collection, brand, events, & sale).
- Lead & Manage the entire Pre & Post creative production schedule (From objective brief to submission of final assets).
- Manage the Creative Department Budget.
- Understand perfectly the visual identity of the brand, guidelines and art direction.
- Lead the creative thinking to execute solutions and be an integral part of the re-brand, across all digital touchpoints.
- Selecting best content (photo & video) from Campaign photoshoots; Collection, Brand, Events & Sale. Includes website product thumbnails. Excluding Social content; ie tiktoks & IG content.
- Reporting on the Creative department, to the Creative Director/ Directors.

**Ideally You Will Have**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills; effectively communicate motivation and achieve as a team.
- A genuine passion for the Fashion industry.
- Ability to multitask and work meeting tight deadlines.
- A proactive attitude, and experience in planning and time management.
- Ability to manage workflows and photoshoots end to end
