PMI have an opportunity for a Production Supervisor to join our production team

We specialise in personalised consumer print products and are a **dynamic** and **creative** team where we **move fast** and are **passionate** about delivering **high quality** and **high standards** to our customers.

A unique opportunity exists for an experienced print or bindery professional looking for the next step in their career to develop their leadership capabilities and demonstrate their expertise and knowledge in the print space. We are looking for someone to join our team and bring fresh ideas to help improve our workflows and efficiencies, quality, develop our teams skills and over achieve our customer expectations.

**What we are looking for**:

- demonstrated experience managing high productivity teams in a printing or bindery environment
- have experience with manufacturing methodologies
- have people leadership experience and strengths in relationship building, coaching and performance development conversations
- analytical skills to interpret data to form the basis of any recommendation for change or process improvement
- results focused and committed to achieving the best outcome for our customers
- someone who can share their expertise and knowledge with operators to help develop their skills
- collaborative individual that understands the value of supporting the goals of fellow team members to contribute to the overall success of PMI
- ability to work in the afternoon - starting with us on the day shift to receive training and an introduction to the team, but will eventually be responsible and accountable for the afternoon shifts

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week
