We will teach you the swim school operations, so you do not need prior industry experience.

**The Role**
- Lead and develop a friendly and skilled team to deliver excellent customer service and high quality swim instruction from infants through to squad levels
- Oversee daily operations including budgets, reporting and ensuring a safe, clean and welcoming environment
- Increase enrolments through proactive community engagement and relationship building
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, child protection requirements and pool operations. Full training will be provided
- Be the face of the swim school, building trust and loyalty with families and the local community

**What You'll Bring**

We are looking for people who have experience in customer service leadership roles such as:

- Customer Service, Retail Manager, or Team Leader
- Operations Supervisor in recreation, hospitality or education
- Training or program lead in a customer focused environment

If you have strong leadership skills, excellent organisation and a people first mindset, you will be successful in this role. Please note the successful applicant will need to be available at least one day at the weekend.

**Qualifications**

All CVM employees must hold a valid Paid Blue Card. You will also need to be willing to obtain, at your own cost, the following qualifications. We can assist with booking and offer a staff discount:

- Swim Teacher and Water Safety qualification
- First Aid, CPR and Pool Lifeguard Certifications
- Pool Plant Operator certification
