**Team Coordinator**:

- Location: Picton, WA, AU- 4 Nov 2025- **Team Coordinator - Permanent, Full-time - Picton (South-West)**- As a Team Coordinator, you will be required to Plan and take a lead role in coordinating onsite work activities enabling teams to construct and maintain and inspect high voltage plant and equipment throughout the transmission and/or distribution electricity network- ** Your Role in Action**-
- Execute programmed construction, maintenance, and inspection work whilst monitoring, analysing and actively ensuring quality standards of work are achieved.
- Undertake a coordination role for emergency response situations, including undertaking tasks within your competency and training-
- Be responsible for ensuring that the teams are meeting the required performance each day, in the completion of work and maintain open communication with team members and stakeholders
- Be responsible for safety in the work environment and ensure safe work practises are followed and a safe work environment maintained.
- Demonstrate as a role model, personal behaviours in line with business values, codes, standards, and expectations-
- **What Makes You a Great Fit**-
- Certificate III in ESI - Power Systems Distribution / Transmission Overhead-
- WA ‘A’ Grade Electrical Workers License
- Front Line Management units:

- Implement Operational Plan (BSBMGT402)
- Lead Team Effectiveness (BSBLDR403)
- Lead effective workplace relationships (BSBLDR402)
- Implement and monitor WHS policies, procedures and programs to meet legislative requirements (BSBWHS401).
