- Enthusiastic, positive & motivating attitude
- Desire and willingness to learn
- Possess excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- The ability to liaise with all people at a high level of professionalism
- Strong leadership skills & support team members
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate
- Diploma in Community Services / Children Services
- Experience and knowledge of Regulations / The National Quality Framework

**Duties include -**
- Marketing and Sales to ensure the centre’s occupancy is full
- Business planning, Forecasting & Team Rostering
- Focus and achieve centre’s KPI targets
- Follow, implement and update the company's policies and procedures
- Training & mentoring team members
- Supervising to ensure the daily duties of the centre are completed to high Quality
- Suggest and implement new and innovative ideas to deliver very high standard of quality service and care.

Pay: $87,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
