**About The Role**:
As an Environmental Services Worker, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and hygienic environment for residents within our Residential Aged Care facility. Your work will help ensure that our residents feel comfortable, cared for, and at home. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll handle:

- Cleaning duties to maintain a hygienic and safe environment for residents and staff.
- Laundry tasks, including collecting, sorting, washing, drying, folding, and labeling resident clothing and linens.
- Distribution of linen and resident clothing; maintaining the cleanliness of the laundry and equipment.

**About You**

To thrive in this role, you should have:

- ** Experience staff in laundry, cleaning, or kitchen** services, preferably in aged care.
- A genuine passion for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow hygiene and safety protocols.
- Good communication, interpersonal and team work skills to engage with residents and team members.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- ** Shifts available Monday - Friday, 30 - 70 hours per fortnight.**

Desirable
- Previous relevant work experience, preferably within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Experience working in the aged care industry.
- A qualification relevant to the field.

**Requirements**:

- Possession of a current National Police Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check - or the ability to acquire.
