**The Opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic and driven Team. You will support the sourcing, selection, and onboarding requirements of new starters across Newcastle Anglican which include it entities Samaritans, Anglican Care, Schools and Parishes.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all open jobs
- Position briefing to scope requirements
- Proactively source via LinkedIn and talent attraction tools
- In collaboration with the hiring manager write interview guides
- Schedule, Conduct and manage interviews
- Experience interpreting awards and enterprise agreements and classifying positions appropriately
- Assisting line managers throughout the whole recruitment process acting as true Business Partner.
- Assisting with on-boarding / induction to ensure a smooth transition into the business

**About you?**
- Experience in recruitment, Not For Profit experience is desirable
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience managing high volume recruitment activities
- Passionate about people and building quality relationships
- A tertiary qualification in Recruitment and/or Human Resources or a related degree OR strong experience within HR in a customer focused industry
- Current Class C Driver’s Licence
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- LinkedIn Recruiter experience (Desirable)
- SEEK Talent Premium experience (Desirable)
- Willingness to undertake a National Criminal History Check (Newcastle Anglican will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes)
