**About You**:
You are an exceptional communicator who is enthusiastic, innovative, and positive about making a difference in the lives of people with disabilities.

You have a background working with the following criteria:
Personal care - Assist with showering and personal hygiene.

Experience with High intensity Supports including Dysphagia, ESSENTIAL.

Experience following meal-time management plan.

Household and domestic duties - cleaning

Supporting healthy routines and skill's development

Identify and support the physical, emotional, and relational needs of participants.

Assistance with communication device

Experience with manual handling using standing frame.

Keep accurate and complete records of activities via progress notes.

Work within the NDIS Code of Conduct

**Support Worker must have the following**:
Well spoken and written fluent English

**MUST HAVE NDIS Worker Screening Check**
Highly recommended to have Cert IV Disability or other relevant qualifications.

Must have at least 12 months experience

**Previous experience working with High Intensity / Dysphagia ESSENTIAL**
Client has preferance for a female worker
