Account Executive

**About You**:
- You are passionate about health and wellness, in particular, fitness and supplements.
- You will be honest, down-to-earth, dynamic, and a real team player with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail.
- You have an in-depth understanding of and passion for sports supplements; as well as excellent sales skills/acumen, charisma, energy, and emotional intelligence.
- You have experience in customer service and are skilled at nurturing relationships.
- You are a natural doer, and you thrive on working both collaboratively and autonomously.
**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Director of Sales, your accountabilities will include:
- Generating sales for a portfolio of retail supplement/nutrition stores and gym accounts.
- Building and maintaining the relationships with your account portfolio.
- Assisting with processing orders and taking payments from our accounts.
- Delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.
- Working closely with the senior sales team to implement strategic sales campaigns.
- Assisting with marketing and retail store promotional activations to encourage sales growth and development.
- Helping to maintain sales and communication records.
- Liaising with our 3rd party warehouse.
