**Quality Lead**

Lifebridge Australia is a not-for-profit Aged Care and NDIS services provider based in Kingscliff, Northern NSW. They have a long and successful history of providing quality services to their customers in-home and in the community. They have an opportunity for a full-time, highly motivated Quality Lead with the option of flexible work arrangements including working from the office and home.

Reporting to the CEO, the successful applicant will be responsible for safeguarding the organisation through the efficient and effective development and implementation of the Lifebridge Quality Management System.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and administering the Quality Management System including leading incident (SIRs) investigations, managing non-conformances, quality objectives and activities.
- Administering, managing and reporting on the Lifebridge risk and compliance registers.
- Preparing, coordinating and conducting audits in line with the NDIS and Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Reviewing and developing policies, procedures and processes to conform with sector requirements, best practice business requirements, reform programs and associated legislative and statutory requirements in Aged Care and NDIS.
- Monitoring and preparing monthly quality, risk and compliance related dashboards and reports including in-depth data analysis and benchmarking for the business and Lifebridge Board.
- Identifying quality and compliance gaps, developing and implementing quality improvement plans and tools.
- Participating in the WHS Committee ensuring activities and audits are completed in accordance with compliance guidelines.
- Leading the organisation through Aged Care and NDIS internal and external audits and reaccreditation.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Quality, Business Administration, Risk Management or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in leading the quality function, process development and 6 sigma principles or equivalent.
- In depth knowledge of Aged Care and/or NDIS quality and safeguarding standards, legislative and statutory requirements, best practice business related policies, procedures and practices.
- Sound knowledge of corporate governance requirements.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office 365, TEAM’s and various quality management systems.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills, time management, problem solving and organisation skills.
- Ability to obtain a National Police Check Clearance and Covid vaccination requirements.
