A Disability Support Worker assists individuals who require support due to disability or other challenges. Responsibilities include providing personal care, emotional support, and assistance with daily activities. Support Workers may help clients access community resources, administer medication, and maintain a safe environment. Effective communication, empathy, and a client-centred approach are crucial. Documentation of client progress and collaboration with healthcare professionals are also common tasks in this role. Payrates are set according to the schads award.

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid and CPR Certification
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Certificate
- NDIS Orientation Module
- Driver Licence

Work Location: In person
- Mount Druitt and surroundings
- Penrith and surroundings
- Westmead

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.76 - $33.96 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Rotating roster

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
