We are seeking dedicated and compassionate male support workers to join our team in Western Sydney. The ideal candidates will provide essential support to individuals in their daily activities and promote their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities

  • Provide emotional support and companionship

  • Maintain a safe and clean environment

  • Document and report changes in client behavior or condition

Requirements:

  • Must be male (as per client's request)

  • Valid background checks (Working with Children Check, National Police Check, etc.)

  • Previous experience in support work is preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A compassionate and patient approach to care

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $36.00 – $41.00 per hour
