We have a great opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our Capital team. With a team of over 400, our finance function offers large scope for personal development and career opportunities. Working with key business units, you will gain insight in to how our business runs and be part of key strategic initiatives.

**About the Role - 12-month fixed term contract (maternity leave cover)**:
As the Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for building and improving end to end capital planning processes, and leading business cases assessments for business initiatives, challenging where necessary to ensure they are the right decisions for the business.

You’ll also:

- Enhance Capital reporting through providing greater insight and analysis on investment and returns
- Review and assess all project business cases prior to be being submitted for approval by Executive team at fortnightly Capital Approval Committee (CAC)
- Responsible for the administration of CAC & Minor CAC Forums, board project submissions, and drive project governance
- Lead pre-CAC session with General Manager, Corporate Strategy & Capital prior to fortnightly CAC
- Develop improvement ideas on how we improve management of capital within the business and gain ownership/buy-in across the business
- Strengthen relationships across finance teams, brands and business stakeholders

**About You and Your Skills**:
We are looking for a Finance Business Partner with experience preparing and reviewing business cases, and a varied finance background covering financial control, FP&A, commercial decision support.

You’ll also need:

- CPA/CA qualified
- FMCG or Retail experience highly regarded
- Advanced time management and planning skills, ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment
- Advanced communication & presentation skills (verbal and written), ability to present complex data & concepts to enable decision making
- Understanding of standard financial KPIs across the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
