**Overview**

Are you passionate about food and take pride in everything you do? Come join our team as our Services Team Leader at Crystal Brook and District Hospital.

As our Services Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in our health service, by overseeing the production and distribution of food service to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your responsibilities will extend beyond the kitchen as you coordinate activities and provide guidance to our dedicated staff to deliver exceptional cleaning, linen, and laundry services.

What you will need to apply:

- Trade qualifications or equivalent skills as a Cook
- Proven experience in catering, cleaning, linen, and laundry services
- Exceptional leadership skills with previous experience as a Team Leader
- Ability to provide guidance on procedures and safe work practices
- Expertise in organising work methods and providing on-the-job training
- Proficiency in maintaining employee rosters and schedules
- A proactive approach with the ability to exercise judgment and initiative in daily operations
