Join our new Efficiency Centre, a high-impact team that monitors and optimises 30 automated parcel processing machines across Australia. As an Efficiency Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of real-time operations, identifying performance opportunities and influencing outcomes across 30 sites—every single day.

**About the Role**:
In this role, you'll harness real-time data to uncover trends, spot anomalies, and seize performance opportunities. By diving deep into analytics, you'll drive both immediate wins and long-term improvements—while influencing large operational teams across the country. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders will be key to turning insights into impactful change.

**What We’re Looking For**:
You’re an operational analyst with a sharp analytical edge and a passion for operational excellence. With experience in data-driven environments—whether in logistics, oil & gas, utilities, or similar—you bring a continuous improvement mindset to everything you do. Your ability to influence and communicate effectively across teams sets you apart, and while tools like Elastic Search, GCP, or SQL are in your toolkit (or on your radar), it’s your strategic thinking and drive for results that truly make you a standout. We would also welcome your expertise in the following areas:

- Real-time monitoring experience in complex operational environments
- Project management skills with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes
- Lean or continuous improvement qualifications (engineering background a plus)
- Strong communication and influencing skills to drive change across diverse teams
