- **What your typical day looks like**:_
- Prospecting and Following the Sales Process with New Clients, Repeat Clients and Seeking Referrals
- Qualification Calls of Warm Leads
- Attending Inspections, Auctions and Industry Meetings
- Utilising Data Sources to Target Suitable Areas and Properties for your Clients
- Nurturing a Wide Range of Clients through the Process of Buying a Property
- Building Referral Pathways with Third Parties, e.g. Mortgage Brokers, Financial Planners, Wealth Advisors, Corporate Banks
- Sourcing Properties from Existing Networks such as Agents and Developers, anticipating New Opportunities before they hit the market
- Developing New Relationships with Clients and Strengthening your Network of Sources
- Negotiating with Selling Agents and on behalf of Clients

We are looking for a motivated, driven individual who is down to earth, focused, understands the value and process of exceptional customer service, and is ready to contribute to and grow with the business using their unique personality and set of skills.

- Certificate of Registration or minimum Class 2 Real Estate Licence
