To ensure we are well positioned to build our workforce of the future, we are seeking graduates with tertiary qualifications in Archaeology, Heritage Conservation or related discipline to join the team based out of one of our offices in Sydney, Wagga, Newcastle, Bega, Wodonga, or Canberra.

**Description**:
As a graduate you will rotate through different areas of our business, gaining hands-on experience, while also having the opportunity to be coached and developed along the way. The main goal will be to grow your skills and experience in cultural heritage consulting through exposure to a diverse array of projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in administering projects in accordance with NGH’s management systems
- Assist in preparing cultural heritage assessments
- Assist in preparing technical reports for specialist areas
- Assist in preparing cultural heritage management documents
- Assist with field work including site inspection, survey, salvage and excavation
- Participate in a Graduate Program development plan discussion with respective graduate supervisor as set out in the GLDP.
- Commit to the actions identified in the plan and follow through to accomplish the objectives and actions outlined in the plan.
- Graduates who attend seminars, training or conferences are required to share knowledge with their peer group as a learning and feedback opportunity.

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Tertiary education in related discipline.
- Effective interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and quality of work.
- Works well under pressure.
