Function PCP is on the look-out for an energetic and motivated EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST (EP) to join our team.

Function are industry leaders in providing full-service treatment and radical programs to return our clients to peak performance. Our mission is to set the benchmark for treatment with our signature therapy approach through manual therapy, clinical pilates and aerial rehabilitation programs, and our Playground movement centre.

The Function team is action-orientated and brings fresh perspectives, new outlooks, and inspirational changes to our clients’ wellbeing. Through treatment, rehabilitation, and movement restoration, we strive to restore pain-free movement and change our clients’ lives. We position ourselves as an alternative to the mainstream health system and traditional fitness choices.

Our high-performance Playground is one of the few movement centres in Sydney that is owned and operated by physiotherapists and other allied health practitioners. We offer a wide range of classes that turn peak performance into playtime, including Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Function Bounce, and Aerial, and our online ‘The Pilates Shop’ program.

**CANDIDATE CRITERIA**
- Enthusiastic and motivated EP
- Excellent communicator, people person, and team player
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient-centered care
- Determination to progress and development as an EP
- Commitment to CPD and eagerness to learn new approaches and methods
- Must have a tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology
- Must be registered with AHPRA
- Must have appropriate Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
- Must have working rights in Australia
- Willing to set the benchmark high and become a high achiever in their field
- New grads are welcome and encouraged to apply

**DESCRIPTION**
- Provide whole-body approach to patient assessment
- Identify and refer patients to appropriate services within the Function system to progress treatment and rehabilitation
- Confidently take ownership running classes in our Playground small group exercise, and clinical pilates
- Contribute positively to a supportive team and a social workplace culture that promotes care, compassion, and community
- Learn the signature Function therapy approach and challenge the standard status quo
- Opportunity for growth and career development within the Function business
- Access to the Function Academy in-house mentoring program and in-service training
- 4 hours of weekly 1:1 training with our practice principal and a senior practitioner, and in-services and training
- Remuneration will be based on experience
- Incentive scheme in place for achieving key performance indicators.
