A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner to provide _financial analysis, analytics and financial modelling to support management with strategic planning and decision making._

Reporting to the Business Partnering Manager, the main purpose of the role is to partner with operations across the organisation providing advice, management reports, data analysis, and interpreting business performance.

You will possess excellent engagement skills with the ability to explain financial performance and develop recommendations for business improvement.

This assignment will focus on:

- Drive the budgeting and forecasting process, including setting of KPI's and financial monitoring process
- Develop and administer a reporting framework for the organisation to capture, develop and store performance data, information and reporting
- Provide performance data analysis, identify trends, provide insights, research, benchmarking and intelligence services
- Partner with key division stakeholders to model business case and investment appraisal, including recommendations and benefits management
- Work with executive and senior leaders alongside different business departments providing financial information, tools, analysis and insights, challenging their thinking and helping them make more informed decisions and drive business strategy
- Production of monthly management accounts incorporating variance analysis and commentary for board reports
- Advanced Excel modelling with the ability to turn raw data into trends and provide insights

You will be able to identify practical and effective solutions, with the ability to clearly communicate results, benefits and recommendations to management so that they add value to the business and drive future process improvements. Previous experience using Technology One will be viewed favourably.
