**The Roles**:
We are seeking Department Supervisors to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis at our MUJI Chadstone store

As a Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

- Maximising sales through delivering exceptional customer service
- Supervising the customer service standards within your department
- Supervising and assisting with the regular replenishment of stock
- Delegating responsibilities, coaching and supporting staff members within your Department
- Assisting team members with customer enquiries relating to refunds and exchanges
- Opening and / or closing the store
- Upholding visual merchandising standards
- Promoting a safe working environment for your team and customers

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in a similar supervisory position and / or fast-paced retail store environment
- Experience with planning and budgeting
- Leadership, training and visual merchandising experience
- Wide range of availability, with the ability to work weekends and late nights (10pm), public holidays and opening shifts (7am)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of stock
- Ability to create a friendly and rewarding experience for our customers
- Exceptional customer service and a positive can-do attitude
- Passionate and motivated to achieve the store sales targets
- A true passion for retail and our MUJI brand
