We are looking for reliable people to join our small team of support workers. We cover the Rockingham/Mandurah area.

Ideally you are flexible with working hours and you will require to drive to our client's residence to provide the service. A current unrestricted WA driving license and a reliable veichle is required to take clients to their appointments or social inclusions.

Required duties:

- Community Participation - assisting with social activities and transport
- Assistance with daily life tasks - personal care needs
- Domestic assistance - help partecipants to clean their house
- Support Participants to achieve their goals
- Documenting record - recording shift notes, reporting incidences.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Australian Citizen or possess valid working Visa - REQUIRED
- Covid-19 Vaccination - REQUIRED
- Drivers Licence (without restrictions) - REQUIRED
- Comprehensive car insurance Car Registration - REQUIRED
- Working with Children - (must be willing to obtain prior employment)
- Police Clearance - REQUIRED
- NDIS Workers Screening Check - (must be willing to obtain prior employment)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module - (must be willing to obtain prior employment)
- NDIS Worker Induction Module - (must be willing to obtain prior employment)
- COVID-19 Infection Control Certificate - (must be willing to obtain prior employment)

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Rockingham WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Community Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Support worker: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
