As an Employment Consultant, you will be making difference in the community and transforming lives by generating employment opportunities for our job seekers. You will support a diverse range of people with different backgrounds and life experiences in planning, securing, and maintaining employment to build a brighter future for them.

Experience in the industry is highly regarded, however we are looking for the right people with the transferable skills, positive attitude and values that align to our business. Your experience and background in sales, marketing, recruitment, administrator, retail, call centre or customer service will be highly advantageous for this role.

**To be successful in this role, you will be required to meet the following criteria**:

- Be resourceful to deliver on KPI targets
- undergo a satisfactory background check including NDIS Workers Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- hold a current driver's licence (minimum P2)
- flexible to travel from time to time to support your team and your participants
- build meaningful professional relationships with your clients to be able to offer your participants rewarding ongoing careers
- Covid-19 Vaccination (minimum 3 doses)
