Maxima Tempskill is urgently seeking an Construction Crew Leader in the Burpengary area.
This is a temporary role covering long term leave.You will be working across a 9 day fortnight 8.4hours a day with and RDO every second Friday.

We are looking for someone who has the following demonstrated skills:

- Previous work experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated knowledge to determine cause and repair methods of defects in civil infrastructure.
- Excellent time management.
- The ability to develop, implement and monitor own work and thst of subordinate staff to meet deadlines.
- Excellent knowledge of relevant construction materials and specifications of type and capacity of plant and equipment including hand tools.
- Sound experience in leading and supervising a work crew to achieve operational outcomes.
- Demonstrated public relations skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
