**About the Site**

The site, pictured in the advert, earthworks are continuing on this massive multi staged site, civil and Residential and Commercial are all working alongside each other Imagine working toward building an Eco-inspired site in the heart of the Bay. There will be 353 homes, unparalleled green spaces, including wildlife rich wetlands, private lakes, parklands and more You will be part of the creation of GemLife's largest site, and every home will have an outlook. The country club's facilities are lakeside with a health club, swimming pools and a lifestyle pavilion, plus walking and cycling trails as well as many more amenities.

Experienced Civil Construction Labourers are needed for this multi staged site where we have started the civil construction and require further manpower for this long pipeline of work. We have a great culture; we believe in recognition plus we offer a great salary and bonuses for hitting your KPI's.

**About the role**

GemLife are currently seeking Skilled **LABOURERS** to form part of our civil construction crew located at Moreton Bay.

GemLife offer training and future opportunities for team members aspiring for career advancement. The role is casual, Monday to Friday with some overtime on occasion.

We are seeking individuals who are hardworking, reliable and enjoy working as part of a team.

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in a skilled civil labouring role
- Be reliable and trustworthy with the ability to work with little supervision and be able to work as part of a team
- Strong safety initiative
- Be reliable and dedicated to the role
- General knowledge of the construction industry and environmental principles and relevant legislation/standards an advantage
- Current Driver's Licence
- Construction Industry Card (White Card)
