**Digital Content Manager**

**6 Months contract**

My client, a group that is focused on providing a personalized experience across all their interactions with customers, has a rare opening for an experienced Content Manager.

**The Position**
This role would suit a Digital Content Manager that has had extensive experience understanding the customer journey. You will be responsible for driving the content and Digital experience across all channels and have a keen eye and interest in identifying new opportunities to optimize

The business is currently undergoing a major digital content transformation to improve the digital experience for content across all channels, part of this involves a migration to Adobe Experience Manager, the initial focus of this role will be to oversee the uploading of large volumes of content into AEM and so experience with this platform is required.

**Main deliverables**:

- Manage and optimize site content and metadata using Adobe experience manager/AEM
- Day to Day content management and execution
- Development of content strategy
- Optimize site content
- Lead the digital experience roadmap
- Monitor results and performance metrics

**Experience needed**:

- Experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
- Strong understanding of SEO best practice
- Content governance and content workflow management experience
- A passion for customer experience and understanding the customer journey
- Implementing tagging strategies
- Exceptional stakeholder management experience
- A pro-active attitude and a passion for working with awesome people
