**The Role**:
As a Client Services Advisor, your mission is to provide outstanding service to both new and existing clients. You’ll listen to our customers, understand their needs, and offer personalised insurance policies that perfectly fit their requirements. Every day presents new challenges and exciting opportunities, ensuring that your journey with Youi is anything but ordinary. This role has a strong focus on sales and offers a pathway to build a career with one of Australia’s top insurance companies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Amend existing policies
- Promote the perks of our products and services to current and new customers
- Actively listen and tailor policies to meet customer needs
- Work towards sales and performance targets
